So I guess we can say for sure it has a mute/unmute button per track and a filter.

It surprise me how small it is everytime I see it in new videos and photos

I was drifting away from the OP-Z but that footage has brought me back in - clearly it’s capable of sounding more aggressive and less “plinky-plonky” than previous footage has shown… Just the way I like it!

Yeah that actually sounded really nice!

Yeah. I love Cuckoo, but his music generally has a kind of “plinky” vibe that doesn’t always convey if something can go a little harder or not

Does OP-Z send audio over USB, or is it just being used as a controller? (There’s no jack lead visible in the video.)

Oh yeah, good eye!
Maybe USB, maybe bluetooth? I think I see a headphone jack just above the usb port right?

it has a 4 pole 3.5mm jack, should be stereo output plus mic in on the same jack.

it looks like its super light, you meed to use one hand to push it down and stop it sliding away when pushing buttons and using the knobs

I was thinking the same thing… But I assumed that this prototype just didn’t have rubber feet, which the production models will have.

I always thought of this the op-z as a thing you could lay back on the couch with, put headphones on and be able to reach every button with every finger. So the lighter and smaller, the better imo.

2nd that. Ultimate backpack jam stick+ that’s my hope.

Third that. I love taking my OP-1 when I travel, but sometimes its a bit too big/heavy (I am a minimalist packer!). Also, just like camera’s, “its the one you have with you” that is the one that gets used and captures that fleeting moment.

So fun seeing it next to a remote, haha. It’s tiny!

Maybe it’s worth to put a Samsung or Sony sticker onto it, so no one would steal it

This is the remote control of the Freebox - a pretty popular Internet access box/TV etc. in France.

I can’t help but compare it to the OP-Z and fantasize about some potential design influences :stuck_out_tongue:

…althought the remote control doesn’t have Lego compatibility:
